All wholesale pricing, supply volumes, and export shipping schedules requested through our forms are non-binding estimate calculations until finalized through a formal signed Sales Contract. We reserve the right to modify price quotes based on global market agrarian index fluxes.
All brand graphics, logos, layouts, digital imagery (including product photos in `/images`), copy write text, and JS code are owned by Wise Foods Inc. Unauthorized copying, hot-linking of images, or reproduction for competitive commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
We warrant that all products dispatched from our automated sorters meet the certified chemical and microbiological safety standards described on our Quality page. B2B buyers must inspect containers at the destination port and report any defects or moisture issues within 5 business days of container unstuffing.
Wise Foods fulfills international shipments according to Incoterms agreed in the sales contract. Liability for delays, port congestions, or customs confiscations transitions according to the specific Incoterm (e.g., FOB, CIF) selected.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute arising from website usage or bulk trading contracts shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in California.
